Users also can set a geofence and geo zone on the map for more effective indoor object management.
In addition to the BLE Beacon tags mentioned, Sitearound also offers a special tag embedded with a GPS module to track outdoor but this transmits the location data through a LoRaWAN gateway. This technology can save a significant energy consumption of the tags. The tag’s battery can last for several months for general use.
